You can purchase online, we will get in touch with the order confirmation. The option to pay is via bank transfer in Oman only, cash on delivery ,via Paypal or via credit card if you purchase a product via our affiliate partner links. Return policy will be mention in each item separately. If the item has warranty and is sold in Oman, the return will be accepted during the warranty period. Exchange or return cost will be on sender.
Shipping Procedures
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and this is why we take the utmost care to deliver your products straight to you as safely and fast as possible. If stock is available , we deliver in 2-3 working days. If no stock available, we will get back to you and update about the approximate delivery time.

Shipping Rates
We have a minimal flat shipping fee on all orders in Oman 3 OMR.
We also offer free shipping if your order is over a certain amount. Free shipping thresholds vary by your country.
We deliver as of now only to Germany and Oman.
The rates and timings are calculated approximatly only, as we have changes according Covid 19.

Express Delivery
Some of our items have an "Expedited Delivery" option, which means that they will usually be delivered faster than regular items for an additional fee. You can see the delivery estimates and fees by adding an item to your cart but kindly please get in touch to double check for lower rates.
Availability

Handling and Delivery
All our goods are inspected at the customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.

We normally do not list items are prohibited by your country's customs. While we try to filter only allowed items, we may on occassion have products appear on the search page that are prohibited in your country.
